On mine I found that the left button only operates a downshift when you click it on its inner side. The button seems to operate as two switches and rocks on the center. So to get the transmission to go manual I press the part of the left button nearest the steering hub and then can use the right button for up and down changes. I hope that makes sense. When I first used em they did not seem to work and then I figured out why. I would prefer paddles and hardly ever use the manual mode. |
