What sort of figures are you after? I haven't looked at Lexus, but if you mean a compromise to the advantage of fuel efficiency, isn't S320CDI already there (except if you are in US, but the title was about manufacturers)?

S320CDI (SWB) gives 6.4-6.5 l/100 km for "non-city driving" (ausserorts), 6.5-6.6 l/100 km for the LWB model. This car does 7.5 s 0-100 km/h (100 km/h equals 62 mph, 6.5 l/100km I guess equals 36 US mpg).

If you mean the opposite, acceleration over fuel efficiency, then there is always the S65AMG with 4.4 s 0-100 km/h.
