| The left and right side latches for the seat back each have a microswitch to verify that the seat back is in position for safety, since the seat belt is integrated into the back. If your light in the cluster is on, then one of these switches is probably not closed.
The soft top will not complete an opening or closing operation unless both windows are lowered. Since your passenger door is missing components, then the soft top controller is not receiving this needed input. |
