I like them because they are externally adjustable and they are slightly more performance oriented than the Bilsteins. I had KONI's on my 300E with H&R springs and the package worked well.<p>If you are looking for other upgrades, I'd highly recommend upgrading your swaybars with either factory Sportline bars or the Eibach kit. The only other improvement I know of is to replace your stock lower control arm bushings with the stiffer Sportline bushings- I did this in my car as well. The labor for bushing replacement isn't cheap though.<p>I also recommend investigating brake upgrades- I like being able to stop fast. Porterfield pads are a great starting point (not cheap - $125/set) bigger rotors etc are the way to go but the limiting factor is money. There are some killer brake upgrade packages out there but they can cost up to ~$3000!
