| i have spoken to mb customer service they say because my car although collected direct from the factory is on a dubai code it is not covered by the "mobilolife " warranty.
the implication being that if it was a european car they would fix it.
any one else come across this problem.
i am tempted to get the work done and then pursue it through the small claims court in the uk.
i suspect it will cost them a lot more to attend court than settle. |
