Removing interior wood trim-help

I've finally gotten enough courage to attempt to restore my wood, but the only pieces that I have been able to remove so far are the center console around the shifter and the short piece on the glove box. I'm assuming that I may need to take the doors off to remove the door pieces. But, how in the world do I remove the two long strips that are on the dash and the large rectangular piece around the radio? I hope that I don't have to remove the whole dash.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I've alreay sprayed stripper on the center console piece, so there is now turning back now!
