| Just bought my first W126. 1986 560 SEC, anthracite/gray leather, 57,300 miles on the odo. It's in good shape, but I'm working on it beginning tomorrow.
I have been searching the archives and have not been able to find the info I need. Here are my two questions:
When test fitting my AMG Monoblock II with +31 offset, it looks as if when I lower the car, the balljoints will hit the tire. Before I put the car on the ground I want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong here.
And my second question is how do you remove the shift knob? Seems simple enough a task to complete but it's giving me trouble. Again I don't want to break anything here so I thought I would ask.
