Based on your profile you're no stranger to Mercedes products and the service that goes along with them. Not to pry into your personal affairs, but if I had a "rapidly expanding family" I would not be looking at 7-14 year old mercedes cars. I personally don't have the financial resevres, time, and patience to balance a career, family and a W140. If you can pull it off, however, you'll be buying one the finest machines of all time. Best of luck in your future automobile purchase.
