No, but it came to mind that it may have something to do with it, but I am not sure.

Also, when you are goign down the hill pressure is being force on the front wheels so when you hit the bottom of the hill and start to go up the rubbing happens, then once you are going back up the pressure is gone, it is an up down up down hill sequence, it is a small hill.

What do you think?

It sounds like metal on metal, I relate to to the brake pad being shot and the rotor is rubbing the caliper, but it was just inspected this month and the brake wear was fine.
