Here are the issues I've run into on a much older vehicle in the last 9 months:

1) Gas tank - tends to rust. Check condition of the underside, especially rear skid plate for rust.
2) Weak/worn rear springs. One side may sag a bit. Understand this is common.
3) Corroded rear spring perch. Not cheap to fix.
4) Rust generally - rocker panels, doors, also around rear brake lights (push around a little to check this one).
