| RE: Think the dealer will admit to this? If the dealer is at all reputable they should clearly see how it could be their fault and it's probably not the first time. I noticed that the first time i opened the hood on a 171 in the showroom.
Go directly to the service manager and ask him to personally take a look at what you discovered after they serviced your car.
I've had good results from dealers who were not even the delivering dealer. Be calm and let him know you are certain that they caused it and they should make it right.
