| take your key and lock the boot, then unlock it but leave the key in the 12 o'clock position and remove it. go lock the car and see if the boot is too. if not take the key again and repaet but turn the key all the way to the 3 o'clock and remove, lock the car again. the boot will definatly be locked. whilst the car is locked take the key again and unlock the boot, turn the key back to 12 o'clock and remoive it. unlock the car and lock it, the boot lock should work again
i had the same problem and did this, problem solved for me!
