Dude... once again... what are you driving? if's it's a 123 as your name would suggest there are two knobs behind the headlamp assembly. One for up and down and the other for right to left. Drive the car up to a wall on a flat surface.... and tinker with it till you get the one that's messed up level with the other one. Sorry I don't know the specifics on how to do this but I know that much. Later models adjust much the same.... but the big mystery here is..
