Gas mileage, huh? Well it goes something like this. The short answer is that on the highway at 60 average (actually 58.9)in the swb I get 15.5 (over around 1800 miles). Last time I ran the lwb 1400 miles at the same average (59.7) I got 15.2. Vehicles are in great shape and no oil additives - though the swb is running redline and the lwb is running mobil 1. Exactly same tires and rims. Around NYC it is a dead heat at 9.7 to 10.1 mpg. Interestingly the city is lower in the swb. I think that is my fault as I keep my foot in it more because the exhaust sounds so sweet on the swb and so pathetic on the lwb. JMHO.
