Hell no! Get in the ML and drive yourself to the dealer and buy the proper citrus-scented Mercedes-Benz washer fluid. Otherwise, you will void your warranty, destroy your transmission, require AAM recoding, and your MAF, CPS, and O2 sensors will all fail simultaneously! [:D]
Seriously, there’s nothing wrong with the blue stuff, but nothing beats the real thing!
