I agree with Cyber's post above. Now when buying Asian-made "Euro" lights for W126, they may be a mostly cosmetic upgrade, as you never really know how good they'll be.

But the Bosch OEM Euro lights, with the E-code higher quality glass lens, better reflector, H4 bulb, etc. is a BIG step up as far as quantity and quality of light on the road.

I put in a 5300K temp H4 hi/lo HID conversion, and the light on the road, as well as the light pattern/dispersion, is just outstanding. Whe you figure $200 for a decent used Bosch set of Euro lights, plus $280 for the HID hi/lo H4 kit, it's a monster of an upgrade for not much money.

If only W126 horsepower upgrades had as much bang for the buck!
