Yes and no. From the tire sizing it looks like the wheels are coming from either a V220 S-Class or a C215 CL-Class so... in order to make them work on your W203 you will have to contact Brabus or your local Brabus distributor for the mounting kits to run these wheels on a C-Class, which will most likely include a hubcentric spacer system to bring the offset down closer to ET31 with longer 12mm bolts (The S-Class and CL-Class use 14mm bolts). You'll also need to get some 235/35R19 tires as well for proper C-Class fitment.
