Sounds like a faulty intercooler or intercooler water pump. The intake temps gets too high and disengages the supercharger, but oddly enough it doesn't get registered in the ecu. If you have access to a OBD2 scanner, plug it in and see what the intake air temperature is (IAT).

Check the fuse for the intercooler water pump. It could be simple as that.
