Funny you mentioned this as i just did mine a couple weeks back...Turned out great! I sanded down the rust, then applied naval jelly to eat the light surface rust. After that, i then applied a very light coat of self-etching primer to the areas that were rusty, then followed up with a flat black high temp engine paint. sweeeeet![:0] |
