You miss the point, as usual. Do you misread them on purpose, or are you not capable of comprehending what you read?
The Baltimore Sun is a corporation, but more importantly, in this case it is a very liberal mouthpiece. As with any journalistic enterprise, they are free to adopt any view point they choose. The scandal is that they have filed a lawsuit against the govenor of the State on freedom of speech grounds. The interesting feature is that this is the same freedom of speech it denies to one its own columnists. A columnist is not a reporter; he writes opinion pieces--things to make people THINK.
Its not even a matter of the SUN being afraid of what Mr Kane might say. Its simply a petty game they are playing to try to hurt the radio station. Again, they are free to do it; its still hypocracy.
As to calling me " Mrs Fowler" is that supposed to be some sort of name-calling insult, or just another indication of your inability to comprehend the written word? |
