Chris, I don't think that any 2002 ML's, AMG or other, have a keyhole on the passenger's side. Gives thieves one less option to enter the car - and is like that on most other MB's. I suppose that when you remove the old doorhandle, the lock cylinder wil come along with it - and then it's only a question of whether the new handle will actually fit. Good luck! Birger
