Yes, there can be rust. You have to look very close. I passed on a few with rust spots. Look around the antenna and lower part of doors and around trunk lock and where licence plate goes. The price is too high, the market is down on these car right now. It took me a long time to find my car. I got my 95 E420 with 78K for $8400. I think I am due for the wiring harness, but holding out as long as I can. You should be able to ge a really clean E320 for no more then $8000 and even a little less if you are patient.
