At lower speeds, the singal burned on to the disc by the laser seems to be stronger, thus it will read it easier and less skips. Hope this helps.

At lower speeds, the singal burned on to the disc by the laser seems to be stronger, thus it will read it easier and less skips. Hope this helps.
