I swapped out my stock bulbs with the Sylvania SilverStars and in my opinion I would say the new bulbs produce a light twice as bright or whiter than the stock ones. I've heard the Vision Plus are even whiter, but seeing I got the SilverStars for a really good price I stayed with the SilverStars.

Here is what you'll need:
H7 - regular headlight
H7 - hi-beam headlight
H1 - fog light
1156 - turn signals
???? - parking lights (trying to track down that bulb again)

BTW, I did the swap on a 2000 E430, here are the pics, sorry for not labeling the pics, but I'm sure you can tell the difference.
