| Which would be more reliable and long term problem free...an SLK320 or and SLK32?
The reason I ask this and it may be too soon because not enough years have gone by to compare the two to this type of a question...But in general I have understood in most cases the faster supercharged models (in any car) end up being less reliable and more costly to maintain because they are stressed for greater performance (in other words like comparing a turbo to a non-turbo). Most people would say that you would be wiser to get the lesser of the two evils especially if you intend to own the car for a long period of time...or better yet do you think in ten years an AMG would still out perform a 320 if the same maintenance budget is allowed for both cars? Or who cares right? Most Benz owners are typical of trading in their old ones for new ones because they have the money to burn...[:D] |
