Could you please kindly provide some details about this "test" that could find that the Idle speed control box is atleast one of my high idle problems?

Foe my 1991 560 SEL, a new one costs $260 and I have not found a rebuilt one yet. If the rebuilt one offers warrenty, I will definitely get it.
