Forget calling Manhattan of Mercedes NOR Helms Bros in Bayside, Queens. They have such bad service on the phone. First i called Manhattan of Mercedes, they transfered me ... about ... 6 times ... Every 20 second i have to say "I would like to know what kind of spark plugs i need for my car." Until the last time, i waited for about 5 minutes and i hung up.
Helms Bros Mercedes: Called, transfered to parts department. I asked the guy "What kind of spark plug do i need for an E320 94". He said "WE ONLY HAVE ONE KIND". So i asked him "What is that one kind?". He replied "Bosch". He wouldn't tell me if it's F9DCO or F8DC4. He said he doesn't know the # for it and he transfered me to Service dept. Then i told the lady what i need and she wanted to transfer me back to parts so i said "forget it, if you don't know, whatever, don't transfer me back because the guy doesn't know neither. She told me to hold on, and i did for 2 minutes until i told myself "THIS IS STUPID". Worst service ever!

I checked Boschusa.com and it said F8DC4 for my car so i'll just stick with it. Thanks for the help guys.
