it is all-wheel drive, not 4 wheel drive.regular 4 wheel drive only powers the left front and right rear wheels, 4matic powers 35% front and 65% rear usually and also senses wheel slip and compensates accordingly. i haven't tried mine in the New England winter yet, I'll let you know in April if it worked or not.... |
