Are ALL six spark plugs fouling?
If so, there are a few less expensive things you could also check out...
-Fuel distributor
-Fuel filter
-Mass airflow sensor
-OVP
-valve cover seal
If none of those are the culprit then I would hate to say that it might be your piston rings and/or your valve guide seals. Hope this helps.
