I had a similar problem with NTB on my previous car. They accepted responsibility but it took a number of calls over a 3 month period to finally get the new wheels. On the positive side on top of ending up with 4 new wheels they failed to keep the old wheels like they said they were going to do. I told them both when I dropped the car off to keep the old wheels and when I was leaving. They had the old ones in the back of the car. I kept them for 4 months before I sold them on Ebay.
