So when exactly were you a world traveling, private school going, four language speaking, holier than thou Brooklynite - at the age of 15?

Well...you do know that the UN headquarters are in NY, right??
We lucked out I suppose. We grew up from very modest upbringings. My dad was an immigrant and became very lucky when he applied at the UN and achieved a well-paying respectable job. We later moved to Europe when I was just in Junior High in Brooklyn. Back when NY subways were grafittied. That should tell you that i'm currently in my early 30s. Yes, Brooklyn currently is becoming growingly a transplant community from migrants from other states. Not just from other countries.
I knew two languages by the age of six. Three by 12 (Spanish). And four by 15 (German). German is a very difficult language to learn IMO.
