First, I have to say that I am not an expert. I had the parts installed by an independent mechanic.

On the front of the car, they call them control arm bushings. At the rear of the car, which is where the K-MAC bushings are installed, I think they call them subframe bushings. It is very difficult to remove the old bushings and the small tool provided with the bushings is useless. If you look at the suspension, you should be able to see how the new eccentric busing could move the rear wheel in and out. The smaller eccentric bushings are for rear toe adjustments, but the OE parts are already adjustable and do not need to be replaced.

If your mechanic doesn’t understand what to do, I think maybe you need a new mechanic. This is not an easy job and you will need a good alignment by a good mechanic when you are done.
