The US has not addmitted the servicemen raped anyone. It may have happened, but even according to your left-wing source it was never admitted. But it was proven and admitted that Jessica Lynch was raped...

Most of the 42% was spent at Camp David in meeting with other government members and foriegn heads of state. It's been discussed before and proven before.
