This discussion is far too civil. I can't wait for it to melt down into partisan namecalling. However, on the topic of the post, I have not seen or heard the speech in its entirity. It was an attempt to appear centrist and I agree that Bush will do the same.

I think it's a good thing that it's civil, it's more helpful than everyone stubbornly sticking to a (sometimes totally bogus) point and bashing each other.
