My car had the same problem. It started out as barely noticeable and then within the span of about 36hrs it got so bad that the car would just stall out. I took my car to the dealer and they ended up replacing the ignition coils, spark plug wires, mass airflow sensor, and I got an oil change while it was there. All told the bill came to about $950. They said that the wiring harness was a major culprit, too. But rather than replace the entire thing they just repaired the section that was causing the most trouble. I do intend to have the wiring harness replaced in the future, although I'm not looking forward tot he $1200 it'll cost me.
