What tires for 300 E?

Hello everyone,

I'm shopping for new tires for my 1987 300 E.
First of all, I can't make up my mind on the best tire size. my options are:

- 195/65 R 15 (OE size)
- 205/65 R 15 (the size I have now)
- 215/60 R 15 (Maximum size permissible)

I have OE Mercedes alloy wheels.

So far, I've narrowed down my options to the following:

- Toyo Proxes TPT
- Hankook Ventus HRII H405
- Falken Ziex EZ-512

I'd like to know what would you recommend, and what tires you have on your cars. The car will mostly be driven in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where temperatures soar way beyond 40 C. There may be a road trip back home to Jordan late this year.
Any advice is appreciated [:)]

Best regards,
Shady
