Looks like I have a leak somewhere. Need to check and replace the hose.
I sopped the local mechanic he confirmed low on Freon gas and compressor is not turning on. And he said I maybe need to replace the compressor, which I don't think so.
I guess I just need to replace the hose and recharge the Freon gas.

any advice? Don't wanna be ripped-off. : - )

one more thing to add. I recharged Freon gas last year. I IMMEDIATELY PLACE A CALL TO DEANA GREEN THE BUSINESS MANAGER OF GRAND BLANC MERCEDES-BENZ AND ASK HER WHY THE WARRANTY WAS DENIED SINCE THERE WERE 40,000 MILES OR TWENTY-TWO MONTHS OF WARRANTY LEFT. SHE SAID SHE WOULD PULL THE FILE, CHECK IT OUT AND CALL ME BACK.

SINCE I HAD NOT HEARD FROM DEANA BY LATE IN THE DAY I LOGGED ONTO GRAND BLANC MERCEDES-BENZ WEB SITE AND AGAIN LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HER ASKING FOR A FOLLOWUP. I WANTED TO GET THE REPAIRS DONE (See attached document affirming they received the email.)

02/26/10 SINCE NO RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS MANAGER I PLACED A CALL TO DEANA AT 4:45 PM. GOT HER VOICE MAIL. LEFT A MESSAGE INQUIRING ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ZURICH WARRANTY SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO FOLLOWUP WITH. AFTERALL, THIS DEALERSHIP RECEIVED 40 TO 50 PERCENT OF MY PAYMENT. (HATE TO BE STRANDED IN A REMOTE TOWN WITH THIS WARRANTY.)

03/01/10 ONCE AGAIN NO INFORMATION FROM GRAND BLANC MERCEDED-BENZ BUSINESS MANAGER.

03/02/10 10:30 AM SPOKE WITH GENERAL MANAGER GREG HOZAK. GREGG SAID HE HAD A CALL IN TO HIS REP FROM ZURICK AND THEY WERE LOOKING UP MY FILE. GREG SAID HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME.

03/02/10 GREG CALLED TO INFORM ME HE HAD MET WITH THE ZURICH REP AND THEY HAD CONCLUDED THE WARRANTY HAD INDEED EXPIRED BECAUSE OF THE 60,000 MILES. I TOLD GREG THAT NO JURY IN THE WORLD COULD AGREE WITH THAT OR THAT SOMEONE WOULD PAY ALMOST $3,000 DOLLARS FOR 20,000 MILES OF WARRANT, EVEN WORST EIGHTEEN DAYS OF WARRANTY. FURTHERMORE, USING THAT SERNAIRO THE WARRANTY SHOULD HAVE EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 21, 2007 BECAUSE THE 48 MONTHS WAS UP. GREG ASK WHAT I WAS EXPECTING TO WHICH I REPLIED ONLY WHAT I PURCHASED, A ZERO DEDUCTABLE WARRANTY UNTIL 100,612 MILES OR UNTIL DECEMBER 21, 2011. OR WITH THE BUSINESS MANAGER DEANA GREEN (CELL PHONES) WHO WAS IN SOUTHERN FLORIDA AND I SHOULD CONTACT HER WHEN SHE RETURNS TO WORK ON MARCH 10, 2010. I TOLD GREG THAT SHE WAS THE ONE WHO CREATED THE PROBLEM - HAVE HER CALL ME. ALL OF THIS FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER? I FURTHER INFORMED GREG THAT IN NO WAY WOULD I LET THIS GO UNCHALLENGED. I WOULD PURSUE EVERY LEGAL AVENUE I COULD. I HAD TO SPREAD THIS THROUGHOUT THE U.S. TO INFORM OTHER POTENTIAL BUYER OF WHAT A SCAM THIS WAS. I ALSO TOLD GREG THAT SINCE AN INSURANCE COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN THIS WARRANTY (LINE ITEM) THE MICHIGAN INSURANCE COMMISSION WOULD ALSO BE INFORMED AS WELL AS THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY.
